I’m looking for some advice about trademarking my brand, and I recently came across Trademark Swyft as a possible option. I’m still in the early stage of growing my business, but I’ve started using my brand name on my website, social media, and some marketing materials. Because of this, I’m wondering if this is the right time to think about registering a trademark.

From what I understand, using Trademark Swyft can help protect a brand name and logo from being used by others. I want to make sure my brand stays unique and doesn’t face problems later if another business uses a similar name. At the same time, I’m not sure if I should trademark it now or wait until the business grows more.

For those who have experience with trademark registration, when did you decide it was the right time to move forward? Did you register early in the process or after your brand became more established?
